FAQ
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes. If we can’t assign by 7:00am, or the provider cancels/no-shows, we refund in full automatically. If you cancel before 9:00pm, we refund. After 9:00pm, your deposit becomes a credit usable within 30 days.
Do I get a real booking ID?
Immediately after paying the deposit, you receive a booking ID by SMS + email, plus a morning reminder. All bookings are managed in our LatePoint system.
Can I request a same-night visit?
Yes, choose Emergency Tonight if a partner is on-call. If not available, we’ll offer the first-thing AM slot at standard rates.
Is the link you text secure?
Yes. We only text from our verified local number, links are under setdock.ca over HTTPS, and payments are processed by Stripe.
